Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and can sign consent.
- You have invasive breast cancer that is either triple-negative, HER2-positive, or high-risk hormone (estrogen) positive.
- Your tumor is at least 2 centimeters (about 0.8 inches) by exam or ultrasound, on at least one side.
- Your health and blood counts are strong enough for chemotherapy-type treatment (specific lab thresholds).
- Your heart function is good enough for the planned cancer medicines (measured by echocardiogram or MUGA).
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you can use non-hormonal birth control during treatment if applicable.
