Who can take part
- Be a man age 19–65 and able to attend all study visits
- Be willing to sign consent and allow multiple blood draws and storage
- Do not use any erectile dysfunction or prostate medicine during the study (including PDE5 inhibitors and LUTS treatments)
- For a set time before the study, avoid certain medicines and substances that can interact with tadalafil (like nitrates, some blood pressure medicines, and some enzyme-changing drugs)
- Have an acceptable prostate screening result (acceptable PSA score or a negative prostate biopsy within 12 months)
