Measure how much sugar you eat using blood and hair samples

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 35 or less
  • You are generally healthy based on your medical history, exam, and lab tests
  • You do not have high blood sugar (fasting blood sugar under 126 mg/dL)
  • You can safely follow the study diet without special food restrictions
