Who can take part

  • You have type 2 diabetes for at least one month, or you don't have diabetes.
  • Your average blood sugar (HbA1c) is between 6.5% and 10.5% (if you have diabetes) or below 5.7% (if you don't).
  • You are on a stable treatment plan with lifestyle changes, and/or certain diabetes pills (like metformin or others), and/or a once-daily insulin shot, with no changes for the last 7 days.
  • No severe health issues like recent diabetic emergencies, serious infections, or certain gut problems.
  • You are willing to use a continuous glucose monitor and an activity tracker for the study.
