How kidney failure affects drug levels in metastatic kidney cancer

Who can take part

  • Have metastatic clear cell kidney cancer
  • Be 18 or older
  • Be able to do normal daily activities (ECOG 0–2)
  • Currently being treated for metastatic kidney cancer with pazopanib or cabozantinib
  • Match one of the kidney function groups (normal kidney function or chronic kidney disease stage 3–5, with or without dialysis)
  • Be able to attend study visits and blood tests and follow the study plan
