Who can take part
- You had prostate cancer treated with full prostate removal surgery (radical prostatectomy).
- Your pathology suggests higher-risk but no proven spread to nearby lymph nodes: T3N0/Nx or T2N0/Nx.
- Your PSA blood test is between 0.1 and under 2.0 after surgery.
- Your pelvic MRI shows signs of local relapse (a localized return), with no distant metastases seen on recent restaging.
- You are generally well enough for study treatment: ECOG 0 to 1.
