Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy as adenocarcinoma
- Your prostate cancer is considered intermediate- or high-risk
- Staging scans show no spread to lymph nodes or distant organs (N0 and M0)
- Your body function score (ECOG) is 0 to 2
- Your prostate symptom score (IPSS) is 19 or less (alpha-blockers are allowed)
- Your PSA level has not been higher than 20 ng/mL
