  • Be between 18 and 25 years old
  • Currently get at least 90 minutes per week of moderate or vigorous exercise
  • Be willing to do 2 lab visits over 4 days total
  • Avoid exercising outside the lab for the 4-day period before and during the visits
  • Have no known heart, lung, or metabolic conditions (like heart disease, asthma, or diabetes)
