Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial looks at adding atezolizumab to chemotherapy before surgery for resectable, non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer. It also tries to predict which patients will respond best using your tumor tissue.

Atezolizumab plus chemo before surgery for lung cancer

This trial studies whether adding atezolizumab (an immune medicine) to standard platinum-based chemotherapy before surgery can improve outcomes for operable stage II–IIIB non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to shrink the tumor and increase the chance the cancer can be removed with better results.

Atezolizumab before and after surgery for stage III lung cancer

This trial tests whether the immunotherapy drug atezolizumab, given before and after surgery, can help treat stage III non-small cell lung cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body. It is for people who have not had any previous cancer treatment for this disease.

Immunotherapy plus chemo before surgery for lung cancer

This trial tests whether giving an immune-boosting drug (Tα1) along with chemotherapy and immunotherapy before surgery helps people with stage II-IIIB non-small cell lung cancer that can be removed. It aims to see if this combination makes the cancer shrink more and improves outcomes.

Tislelizumab, Anlotinib and Chemo Before Surgery for Lung Cancer

This trial tests a combination of three drugs (tislelizumab, anlotinib, and standard chemotherapy) given before and after surgery for people with stage II to IIIB non-small cell lung cancer that does not have certain gene mutations. The goal is to see if this approach can improve outcomes for patients who can have their tumor removed.

NCT07388524Recruiting· Phase 3
Testing atezolizumab after surgery for early stage lung cancer

This trial tests if the immunotherapy drug atezolizumab can prevent early stage non-small cell lung cancer from coming back after surgery. It is for people whose tumors have high levels of a protein called PD-L1 (50% or more) and do not have certain gene changes (EGFR or ALK).
