Who can take part
- Your breast cancer is triple-negative (ER negative, PR negative, and HER2 negative)
- You are undergoing treatment where you receive at least 8 weeks of chemotherapy before surgery
- Your doctor believes there is still possible or confirmed tumor remaining (before surgery or after surgery pathology)
- You do not have evidence the cancer has spread to other organs (no metastatic disease)
- You can come for visits and provide blood samples regularly after surgery
- You can sign and understand the study consent, and you don’t have known HIV or hepatitis infection
