This study is for people with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) that has not been treated yet. Researchers want to see if tracking tumor DNA in your blood can help guide treatment decisions. You would receive standard chemotherapy and surgery, plus give blood samples.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a new, untreated early-stage triple-negative breast cancer (tumor ≤2 cm, no spread to lymph nodes or other organs).
- Your cancer is grade 2 or 3 and your ER and HER2 tests show it is triple-negative.
- You are able to have chemotherapy and surgery, and you have not had chemotherapy before.
- You agree to give blood samples for the study.
