Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older
  • You have HIV that has been confirmed by blood testing (HIV-1 positive)
  • You are taking HIV treatment (ART) and your virus level is low (HIV RNA under 500 copies/mL)
  • You are able to give signed consent to join the study
  • You are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have not had meningococcal or pneumococcal vaccines before (and no known allergy to vaccine ingredients)
