Who can take part

  • You have urothelial cancer confirmed by pathology, and it may include mixed or squamous features if urothelial cancer is present
  • Your cancer is advanced: either metastatic or locally advanced and not removable by surgery
  • You previously received a checkpoint immunotherapy (PD-1 or PD-L1 treatment), and you’ve also had platinum chemotherapy or couldn’t receive platinum
  • Your body is recovering from prior treatment side effects (most lab/side effects must be back to near-normal or mild)
  • You can provide tumor tissue for testing (from a recent sample or you agree to a repeat biopsy)
  • Your health and labs are strong enough for treatment (bowel/bone marrow/organ counts and kidney/liver tests meet study limits)
