Who can take part

  • You have confirmed urothelial (bladder/urinary tract) cancer that is the main type; small-cell bladder cancer is not allowed
  • Your cancer is locally advanced and not removable or has metastatic (spread) disease
  • Your cancer is actively growing on or after your most recent treatment
  • Your body can handle treatment: blood counts and liver/kidney tests must be within study limits
  • You can have scans that show measurable tumors (CT or MRI)
  • If you can get pregnant (or have a partner who can): you must use 2 birth control methods (or abstain) and do pregnancy tests
