  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You have a blood cancer (a hematologic malignancy)
  • You are getting, or plan to get, radiation therapy
  • You have received (or plan to receive) standard-of-care CAR-T cell therapy
  • You have received (or plan to receive) standard-of-care bispecific therapy
  • These treatments happen within 90 days of each other
