Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 and able to understand and sign consent forms.
  • You must have primary CNS lymphoma in the brain/CSF/vitreous that was confirmed by biopsy.
  • Your MRI must show measurable or evaluable enhancing (visible) tumor that has recurred or is resistant.
  • You need to be well enough to do the study: KPS score 70 or higher, and you must recover from prior treatment side effects to mild levels.
  • Your corticosteroid dose must be low (8 mg/day dexamethasone or equivalent) and stable or decreasing for 2 weeks before screening.
  • You must be able to have MRI scans and meet blood/organ test limits (kidney, liver, blood counts) within 14 days of starting treatment.
