Who can take part
- You’re an adult (age over 18).
- Your lymphoma started in the brain/central nervous system and was proven on tissue biopsy.
- Your cancer came back after first treatment with methotrexate (with or without radiation), confirmed by MRI.
- Your MRI shows a measurable tumor spot larger than 10×10 mm.
- Your blood counts and organ labs must be strong enough (for example, white blood cells, platelets, and hemoglobin above set cutoffs).
- You can’t have recent other anti-cancer treatments, and you must not have had anti–PD-1/PD-L1/PD-L2 drugs before.
