- You have pancreatic cancer proven by biopsy (tissue sample).
- Your scans show the cancer can be fully removed with surgery (no major blood-vessel involvement or distant spread).
- You are well enough to do normal activities most of the time (ECOG 0–1).
- Your blood tests and organ function (kidneys, liver, and blood counts) are within allowed ranges.
- You have not had chemotherapy in the last 12 months, and you have not had radiation or study drugs for pancreatic cancer before.
- You can safely take the study medicines (no serious drug allergies; no pregnancy; certain specific genetic risks and conditions exclude some people).
