Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older and able to sign consent (or have a legal representative who can).
- Be able to do most daily activities (performance status score must be under 2).
- Have pancreatic adenocarcinoma confirmed by biopsy already done before starting the trial.
- Your CT or MRI scan must show “resectable” or “borderline resectable” pancreatic cancer.
- Have blood test numbers in an acceptable range (white blood cells, neutrophils, hemoglobin, and platelets) and adequate kidney/liver function.
- Have CA19-9 marker showing as a “producer” (CA19-9 level above 35) when bilirubin is under 2; also follow pregnancy prevention/contraception rules. (No pregnancy or breastfeeding).
