This study looks at how your immune system changes while you receive standard breast cancer treatments. The researchers measure immune-related signals during your treatment to better understand what may be happening in triple-negative or certain hormone-receptor breast cancers.

Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 to 85.
- Your breast cancer has been confirmed as invasive (infiltrating) by biopsy.
- Your cancer is either triple-negative, or hormone-receptor positive but HER2 negative.
- You are starting or currently receiving one of these types of treatment: paclitaxel, epirubicin plus cyclophosphamide, eribulin, or (for certain first-line metastatic cases) palbociclib/abemaciclib/ribociclib with hormone therapy.
- You can sign the informed consent and attend all study visits, blood tests, and follow-up as planned.
- You are able to understand and follow the study, and you are in your country’s health coverage/social security system.
