Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed solid tumor cancer that has come back or progressed after available treatments, and you can provide the original pathology (biopsy) report.
  • You must have enough body function for treatment, including bone marrow, kidney, and liver levels that meet the study lab cutoffs.
  • Your blood clotting test results (INR/PT and aPTT) must be near normal (or be in the correct range if you take blood thinners).
  • Your nerve symptoms must be mild (neuropathy at most mild/moderate—Grade 1), and you must not have a serious uncontrolled illness or an active infection needing IV antibiotics within 4 weeks.
  • You must be able to take pills by mouth and have life expectancy of at least 3 months; you also must be at least 18 years old and able to follow study visits and tests.
