Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old
- You have advanced cancer that has spread or cannot be removed, and standard treatments have stopped working or are not available
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan
- You are generally able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1)
- You do not have active cancer spread to the brain or uncontrolled heart problems, and your hepatitis B/C is not active
