  • You agree to take part and sign an informed consent form before any study tests (like a biopsy, blood work, or questionnaires)

  • Your lung cancer has been confirmed by pathology (histology) and is either metastatic or locally advanced with no curative local treatment plan
  • You can do study activities (treatment, regular visits, exams, and follow-up) for the full study period
