This study tests a program to help pediatric practice teams work together better, led by clinic leadership and managers, to support children’s behavioral health. Caregivers of children ages 5–12 with behavior problems may also be involved to connect care at home and in the clinic.

Who can take part
- You work in one of the selected Pennsylvania pediatric primary care practices (up to 24 practices).
- Your role at the clinic must match the study track: primary care provider, behavioral health care manager, senior leader, or practice manager.
- If you are the care manager, your role must involve providing and coordinating behavioral health care in the practice.
- If you are a senior leader, you must have a clinic leadership role and responsibility for patient care operations.
- If you are a caregiver: your child is 5–12 years old with behavior problems, you are 18+, and you are the legal parent/guardian.
