Who can take part

  • Be at least 18 years old and able to sign consent before any study procedures
  • Have an advanced solid tumor type the study is looking for (examples include kidney, prostate, head and neck, lung, colon, endometrial, or ovarian cancer), confirmed by biopsy
  • Have had prior standard treatment for your cancer (or there is no suitable standard option available)
  • Be in relatively good overall health: ECOG 0–1, and have measurable disease (or meet special PSA rules for prostate cancer)
  • Have enough blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver, and bone marrow) for study treatment
  • Be able to swallow capsule medicine and agree to a baseline tumor biopsy (with some exceptions)
