Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You have an advanced cancer like kidney cancer, prostate cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, or pleural mesothelioma that hasn't responded to standard treatments.
- You've tried at least one or more prior treatments for your cancer and are now looking for additional options.
- You are generally able to care for yourself (your doctor would call this ECOG 0–2).
- You are willing to undergo a tumor biopsy (or have recent tissue samples available).
- You don't have untreated or growing brain metastases, and you haven't had major surgery in the last month.
