Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older (or 19 in some locations)
- You have measurable advanced solid tumor(s) on scans (measurable disease)
- Your general health score (ECOG) is 0–1, meaning you can do most daily activities
- Any side effects from prior cancer treatments are mostly gone (about Grade 1 or less), with a few exceptions like hair loss
- You do NOT have certain conditions like active brain metastases, uncontrolled infections, or serious ongoing hepatitis/cirrhosis
- If you have HIV, your infection must be well controlled and you must be on anti-HIV treatment
