Who can take part

  • Your cancer must be advanced (has spread or cannot be removed) and you must have already tried standard treatments or cannot take them.
  • You must be able to care for yourself and do most daily activities (ECOG 0-1).
  • Your heart function (LVEF) must be 50% or higher, checked by an ultrasound or heart scan.
  • You cannot have certain types of colon or lung cancer (unless the sponsor approves).
  • You must not have untreated or unstable brain tumors, active bleeding from veins in the esophagus, or major surgery within the last 3 weeks.
  • You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to conceive during the study.
