Neoadjuvant pyrotinib plus ARX788 for HER2-positive breast cancer

Breast Neoplasms

Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.

This Phase 2 trial studies whether combining pyrotinib with ARX788 given before surgery can work better and be safe in people with HER2-positive breast cancer. It’s designed for tumors that did not respond well enough to earlier trastuzumab and pertuzumab treatment.

NCT04973319Not yet recruiting· Phase 3
HER2-positive breast cancer trial after incomplete neoadjuvant therapy

This Phase 3 study tests giving trastuzumab and pertuzumab as additional (adjuvant) treatment after you had those same medicines before surgery but still had remaining cancer. It may help lower the chance that HER2-positive breast cancer comes back.

NCT05638594Recruiting· Phase 2
Neoadjuvant drug study for hormone- and HER2-positive breast cancer

This trial compares two combination treatment plans given before breast surgery (neoadjuvant therapy) for ER-positive and HER2-positive stage II–III breast cancer. It aims to see which plan works better to shrink the tumor and improve outcomes.

NCT07635342Recruiting· Phase 2
Pyrotinib plus trastuzumab and chemotherapy for HER2-positive early breast cancer

This trial tests a combination of three drugs—pyrotinib, trastuzumab, and chemotherapy—to treat HER2-positive breast cancer that has not been treated before. HER2 is a protein found on some cancer cells; blocking it may help stop the cancer from growing.

Shijiazhuang, Hebei
NCT04254263Recruiting· Phase 3
Pyrotinib after breast cancer therapy for HER2-positive early disease

This trial studies whether adding pyrotinib after standard treatment helps prevent breast cancer from coming back in people with HER2-positive early-stage breast cancer. You may be eligible if you finished chemotherapy plus trastuzumab and still had signs of cancer in the tissue removed during surgery.

NCT04929548Not yet recruiting· Phase 4
Neoadjuvant treatment for HER2-positive breast cancer with Py plus HP

This trial studies a new pre-surgery (neoadjuvant) treatment for HER2-positive breast cancer. It aims to see whether adding Py to HP before surgery can improve how patients’ cancers respond.

NCT07132242Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
SHR-A1811 plus pyrotinib for advanced HER2+ breast cancer

This trial combines two targeted medications (SHR-A1811 and pyrotinib) for people with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery. It is for those whose cancer has stopped responding to previous HER2-targeted therapies or chemotherapy.
