Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 to 75.
- Your breast cancer test shows it is ER-positive and HER2-positive.
- You have stage II or III breast cancer (not stage IV).
- You have not received any prior anti-cancer treatment for this cancer.
- Your general health is good enough for study treatment (ECOG 0–1).
- Heart function looks strong enough for the study (left-ventricle ejection fraction at least 50%) and your ECG QT is within limits.
