- You can sign consent and follow the study visits and treatment plan.
- You are age 18 or older, with good overall functioning (ECOG 0–1).
- You have unresectable liver cancer (HCC) that fits the study’s scan rules, with 1–3 measurable lesions.
- Your tumor size and location fit the limits for TACE and SBRT, and the tumor does not invade certain nearby structures.
