Who can take part
- You are 18–75 years old.
- Your liver cancer is primary (started in the liver), advanced, and you have not had any previous treatment for it.
- You have at least one measurable liver tumor that fits the study’s size/tumor limits, including portal vein tumor blockage.
- Your general health is good enough for treatment: ECOG 0–1, Child-Pugh A liver function, and you’re expected to live at least 3 months.
- Your blood and organ tests are within required ranges (bone marrow, liver, and kidney function) and you meet clotting limits.
- You can have TACE safely and receive contrast imaging (or you have no allergy to contrast dyes).
