Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • This is your first kidney transplant (from a living or deceased donor)
  • You can follow birth-control rules during the study and for at least 90 days after your last dose
  • You are not using strong whole-body immune medicines other than up to 5 mg prednisone (or equivalent) daily
  • You have not used AT 1501 or any similar anti–CD40LG treatment before
  • Your donor and your immune testing results must fit specific compatibility rules
