Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 80 years old
  • If you can become pregnant, have a negative pregnancy test within 2 weeks (urine tests are only valid the day of testing)
  • Do not be breastfeeding
  • Have no history of major metabolism problems (like diabetes) or kidney function problems
  • Be able and willing to complete the MRI scan (including handling enclosed spaces if needed)
  • Pass the MRI safety check (no unsafe or restricted metal/implants or devices)
