This study checks how safe and how well specific hip replacement implants work after hip replacement surgery. You might be eligible if your surgeon plans to use an ATF Implants and/or Lapé Médical prosthesis and you don’t have certain health issues that can make surgery riskier.

Who can take part
- You are scheduled for a hip replacement (hip arthroplasty).
- Your surgeon must use a hip implant made by ATF Implants and/or Lapé Médical.
- Your reason for needing a hip replacement may include common causes like arthritis, arthritis after injury, worn-out hip (degenerative arthritis), bone death (osteonecrosis), past childhood hip problems (Perthes/epiphysiolysis), or needing a revision.
- You do NOT have an active or ongoing infection anywhere in the body or around the hip.
- You should not have severe nerve, muscle, or blood-flow problems in the affected leg that would endanger healing or function.
- You should not have allergies to the implant materials, or major bone weakness/defects that could prevent the implant from holding securely.
