Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old
- You can sign a written consent form to join the study
- You have had an H. pylori infection now or in the past
- You have been diagnosed (via stomach tissue exam) with stomach lining changes like atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia, and/or stomach cancer after treatment
- You should be able to safely get regular stomach scope exams for follow-up
- You agree to complete questionnaires and allow blood/tissue sample storage (biobanking) and regular check-ins
