Efesovir for hospitalized COVID-19 patients at high risk

Who can take part

  • Be 18 to 59 years old and currently hospitalized with COVID-19 confirmed by PCR test
  • Have been sick with COVID-19 for 10 days or less
  • Be able to take the study medicine by mouth (not so confused that you can’t swallow pills/medicine)
  • Not be pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Agree to use reliable birth control methods during the study and sign informed consent
  • Not be in another clinical trial now, and not have joined one in the last 2 months
