- You are 18 years or older
- You are either a cancer patient planned to get treatment at this center or a healthy volunteer without active cancer
- Your overall ability to carry out daily activities is ECOG 0 to 3
- You can understand and complete the quality-of-life questionnaires
- If you have a past cancer, it must be fully cured and there should be no active cancer now (except cured skin cancer)
