Who can take part

  • You’re 18 to 70 years old and able to consent to the study
  • Your breast cancer is hormone-receptor positive (ER and/or PR positive) and HER2 negative based on pathology results
  • You’ve had surgery and chemotherapy, and meet specific post-chemo timing or response criteria
  • You must be eligible for hormone therapy (and if you might still have ovaries, you’re considered postmenopausal based on the study rules or blood tests)
  • Blood tests and organ function must be strong enough (white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin, kidney function, and liver enzymes within limits)
  • Your health status is good enough (ECOG 0 or 1) and pregnancy test is negative if you could become pregnant
