Who can take part
- You are a man age 20 or older
- Your bladder cancer is one of these types: carcinoma in situ, T1 high-grade (T1G3), or muscle-invasive stage cT2–T3 that has not spread to lymph nodes or distant organs
- If your cancer came back after earlier treatment, it must be non–muscle invasive and not improved with BCG vaccine (for some forms including carcinoma in situ)
- Your health/function is good (ECOG score 0 or 1, meaning you can do most daily activities)
- Your kidney blood test is not too high (creatinine must be 2.26 mg/dl or less, or 200 micromol/L or less)
