  • Have confirmed rectal adenocarcinoma that is stage II or III (tumors like T3N0M0 through T4bN2M0)
  • Provide written consent before any study-specific tests or procedures
  • No signs of spread to distant organs on imaging tests at screening
  • No prior treatment for your rectal cancer
  • No blood transfusion within 1 month of starting the study
