- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You live (or work/study in) the Grenoble area (Metropole of Grenoble + Grésivaudan + Pays voironnais).
- Your main way of getting around during weekdays is by car, motorcycle, or scooter.
- You currently drive on 3, 4, or 5 weekdays per week (not just 0–2).
- You’re not a student, and you’re willing to reduce how often you drive—and expect to live/work in the area for the next 2 years.
