Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You live within about 20 kilometers of Gap, Laragne-Montéglin, Veynes, or Clermont-Ferrand.
- You have one of these conditions: past stroke, blocked arteries in the legs (AOMI), irregular heartbeat, faulty heart valves, heart defect from birth, mild to moderate heart failure, severe high blood pressure, or long-term blocked heart arteries.
- Your doctor has invited you to join.
- You can walk more than 100 meters on your own.
- You do not have Alzheimer's or another dementia, and you are able to understand the program.
