Who can take part
- You have a confirmed locally advanced head and neck, cervix, breast, esophagus, or anal/rectal cancer
- Your cancer has not spread to distant organs (no metastases)
- You are over 18 years old and can do daily activities reasonably well (Karnofsky score 80 or higher)
- Your kidneys and liver tests are adequate based on bloodwork
- You can follow the study plan and attend follow-up visits, and you can give written consent
- You have not had prior radiotherapy to the area being treated
