Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 40 years old
  • Be right-handed and fluent in English
  • Do not have major brain or nervous system diseases (like epilepsy, dementia, MS, or brain tumors)
  • Do not have major mental health conditions (like schizophrenia, severe depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, or substance use disorder)
  • Avoid certain situations: pregnancy, implanted medical devices, metal in the body, or MRI/clutter anxiety (claustrophobia)
