Who can take part

  • You can sign the informed consent form and agree to study procedures.
  • You have confirmed advanced or metastatic endometrial cancer that can’t be cured with surgery or radiation.
  • Your cancer got worse or you couldn’t tolerate first-line platinum chemotherapy (with a rule about relapse within 12 months).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans (RECIST 1.1), confirmed by an independent imaging review.
  • Your general health is good enough (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and you’re expected to live at least 12 weeks.
  • You must have usable tumor tissue available (archived or new biopsy) for biomarker testing before starting treatment.
