Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You have advanced or metastatic solid cancer that has progressed after standard treatment, or you have no effective options (some groups are specific to lung or kidney cancers).
- You must not be able to have surgery for the cancer in some groups (for the kidney cancer portion), and you must have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans.
- You need suitable biopsy or tumor tissue samples from before starting certain treatments, and your body systems must work well enough for study medicines.
- Your overall strength level must meet specific limits (for example, ECOG 0–1 or KPS at least 70, depending on the group).
- You must be able to provide signed informed consent and have an expected lifespan of at least 12 weeks.
