Who can take part
- You are over 18 years old
- You have been on regular hemodialysis for at least 3 months, about 3 times per week
- You currently take blood thinning medicine during dialysis (heparin: either UFH or LMWH)
- You are covered by French Social Security and have signed consent to join
- You must NOT be using hemodiafiltration (HDF) or dialysis via a catheter on screening day
- Your blood counts, infection/inflammation level, and dialysis setup must meet safety limits
