Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 75 years old and sign informed consent
- Have advanced or metastatic cervical, ovarian, endometrial, or breast cancer confirmed by scans and pathology
- Have had at least two prior chemotherapy treatments (or your cancer cannot be cured with surgery/radiation)
- Have at least one tumor spot that doctors can remove (resect) to collect immune cells, at least 1.5 cm after removal
- Be healthy enough for treatment based on blood counts and heart/liver/kidney tests, with no serious organ problems
- Not have had an organ transplant or any prior cell transfer therapy; no autoimmune disease and no immune-suppressing steroid medicines
