Study TIL cell therapy for advanced gynecologic cancers
Part of Cancer, Immune system & allergy, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.
This early-phase study tests GC201 TIL therapy, made from your tumor’s immune cells (TILs), for advanced or returning gynecologic cancers. If standard treatments have already failed—or there aren’t standard options—this trial may offer a new way to train your immune system to fight the cancer.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You’re age 18 to 75, and expected to live more than 3 months
- You have advanced, returning, or spread gynecologic cancer, confirmed by tumor tissue testing
- You can have a tumor biopsy or surgery, or you have malignant fluid that can be collected to grow immune cells
- Your overall health is fairly strong (ECOG 0–2 or performance score ≥60%)
- Recent blood tests (within 7 days) meet minimum levels for blood counts, liver function, kidneys, and clotting
- You’ve stopped chemo/radiation/other biologic cancer treatments at least 28 days before the tumor cell collection

This early-phase study tests an experimental cell therapy made from your tumor’s immune cells (TILs) for advanced breast cancer. It may help shrink tumors or improve how long people stay in remission, but it’s still being studied for safety and effectiveness.
This early-phase trial tests GC101 TIL, a treatment made from your own melanoma tumor cells, for advanced melanoma. It may help the immune system better fight the cancer after standard treatments have already stopped working or if none are available.
This trial tests a treatment that uses your own immune cells, called TILs, to fight advanced solid tumors. The cells are taken from a biopsy of your tumor, multiplied in a lab, and then given back to you. It might help if you have tried other treatments without success, or if no standard treatment is available.
This trial tests a new type of personalized cell therapy (TIL) for people with advanced solid tumors who have run out of standard treatment options. It aims to see if this approach can help shrink tumors.
This trial studies a treatment called TIL therapy, which uses your own immune cells grown from a tumor sample, to treat advanced cancers of the liver/bile ducts or pancreas. It’s mainly for people whose standard treatments have already failed (or none exist), and who can safely provide tumor tissue for the cell preparation.
This trial tests a type of immune cell treatment called TIL (tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) in people with advanced solid cancers. It may help your immune system better recognize and attack tumors, especially if standard treatments have not worked.
