Who can take part
- You’re 18 to 75 years old, and you can sign informed consent before any study steps.
- Your tumor is confirmed as high-grade neuroendocrine cancer (based on biopsy or cytology), and it’s inoperable or has spread.
- Your cancer has measurable spots on scans, and if you had local treatment to the only spot, that spot must have clearly grown again.
- You’ve either tried standard treatment and it didn’t work (progressed) or you couldn’t tolerate it, or there is no standard treatment plan.
- You can provide tumor tissue samples for extra testing, and your general health score (ECOG) is 0 or 1.
- Your blood counts and organ tests meet specific thresholds, and you have an estimated survival of at least 3 months.
